摘    要:蒸汽发生器是核电站的重要设备之一,通过对蒸汽发生器运行性能、结构特性降解表现形式以及影响因素的分析,结合国内外核电领域的研究成果和运行经验,描述了在役蒸汽发生器在功率运行期间水化学管理,换料大修停用期间二次侧泥渣冲洗、内部构件检查、保养等方面需采取的维护措施;进行蒸汽发生器结构完整性评估,以降低蒸汽发生器传热管破损风险,保障蒸汽发生器结构的完整性。

Abstract:The steam generator (SG) is one of the important equipments of the nuclear power plant.By analyzing the operating performance,structural characteristics,form of expression of degradation and influencing factors of the steam generator and in combination with domestic and foreign research achievements and operating experiences in the field of nuclear power,maintenance measures of the steam generator in service were proposed,including the management of water chemistry during power operation and secondary side sludge rinsing,internal components inspection,maintenance,etc.during refueling outage.The structural integrity of the steam generator was assessed to reduce the risk of SG tube damage and ensure the structural integrity of the steam generator.
