摘 要: | 甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐是从发酵产品阿维菌素B1开始合成的一种新型高效半合成抗生素杀虫剂,它具有超高效,低毒(制剂近无毒),无残留,无公害等生物农药的特点。通过工艺技术优化,进一步提高提高甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐胺化还原反应转化率水平(5.7%),更加利于降低生产成本,扩大市场应用。

Abstract: | As a novel semi-synthetic antibiotics synthesized from the fermentation product of compound avermectin B1, Emamectin Benzoate is characterized with ultra-high efficacy and low toxicity(nearly non-toxic for the drug product made using it). It has almost no residue to be found and thus is safe to the environment. Through the technical optimization and/or innovation, the conversion rate of the reductive amination for Emamectin Benzoate was improved by 5.7%, which is anticipated to be greatly reducing the production costs and promoting its market expansion. |
