保险粉废水预处理工程设计

摘    要:保险粉废水有机物浓度高,可生化性差,难以处理。为了更好的改善保险粉废水的处理效果,先对保险粉废水进行预处理,采用初沉池+催化自电解+芬顿高级氧化+混凝沉淀+活性炭滤的预处理工艺处理保险粉废水,处理规模150m~3/d。工程实际运行结果表明,出水中COD去除率稳定达到了60%以上,同时废水的可生化性大大提高。

Design of Pretreatment Engineering for Hydrosulfite Wastewater

Abstract:Insurance powder wastewater is difficult to treat because of its high concentration of organic matter and poor biodegradability. In order to better improve the treatment effect of powdered insurance wastewater, the powdered insurance wastewater was pretreated by the process of primary sedimentation tank + catalytic autoelectrolysis + Fenton advanced oxidation + coagulation sedimentation + activated carbon filtration, and the treatment scale was 150 m3/d. The actual operation results show that the COD removal rate in effluent is stable over 60%, and the biodegradability of wastewater is greatly improved.
