基于Pro/E的装载机工作装置仿真研究

摘    要:通过对装载机工作装置各构件及铰接点的分析,在Pro/E平台下对装载机工作装置进行了实体建模、虚拟装配、动态模拟、干涉检查、运动仿真和动力学分析,实现了在Pro/E环境下的装载机工作装置的虚拟样机设计.这种基于虚拟样机模型的建模方法对装载机工作装置的设计具有普遍的适用性.仿真表明本研究方案可以提高设计效率,缩短产品设计、试制周期,对于设计工作有一定的指导意义.

Abstract:From the analysis of the pat of the loader′s work device and joint point,based on Pro/E platform,the modeling,virtual assemble,dynamic emulation,interference detection,kinematics simulation,dynamic analysis and loader′s work device is carried out.The 3 dimension solid model of working device of loader is set up based on the virtual prototype technology and Pro/E software.This method which is based on the model of virtual prototype has general applicability to the research of loader working device and strong practicability and is guidance meaning to designing work.The result indicates that the research project can improve the designing efficiency and shorten the design and trial-produce period of products.
