| 摘 要： | 高速钢麻花钻在加工不同材料时，客观上具有不同的加工条件，并且对钻头产生不同的影响，本文对此提出了在加工不同材料时，对钻尖部分要进行不同的刃磨，以提高钻头使用性能及孔加工质量；同时，从实用的角度提出其它一些方法和措施以保证钻头真正发挥其应有的效能。

| Abstract: | The process conditions are different when high-speed steel twist drill processes different material,and it will produce some different effects on the bit of twist drill.The suggestion was put forward that the bit's sward of twist drill needs different grinding while processing different materials,in order to improve the bit's use performances and the processing quality of holes.Some methods and measures were presented to pledge the twist drill to have high efficacy at practical angle. |
