| Abstract: | Implementing item management of laboratory facilities in colleges and universities is an effective means to ensure scientific investments and increase investment results.Higher vocational colleges should draw references from the management models of investment projects by government departments,enterprises and institutions and make strict checks on such stages as establish-project,examination and approval,exectution,inspection and approval,so as to stimulate the building of laboratories(practice and training bases) to perform excellent services for training high technical talents. |
