高耸钢管塔的节点应力分析

摘    要:在高耸钢管塔结构设计中,常规的钢管节点简化计算理论过于粗糙,使设计人员不能了解节点局部区域的受力状态,从而在设计中无法准确把握结构设计的安全系数。因此,以一个钢管塔的初步设计为例,应用有限元软件分别采用板壳单元、实体单元两种计算模型对钢管节点的局部应力进行了分析,并与简化计算理论的结果对比,得出了一些分析结论,对该类结构的设计具有重要的实用价值。

Abstract:In the design of steel tubular tall tower,a designer could not control limit load because conventional simplified method of joint stress calculation is not enough to realize local stress state of joint Therefore,a joint of steel tubular tower is analysed by finite element method(FEM) in which shell and solid element model are applied Comparing the result of FEM with that of the simplified method,conclusion is advanced,which is of practical significance for a design of this kind structure
