辽宁三道沟含砷金精矿细菌氧化-氰化提金试验研究

摘    要:辽宁丹银、三道沟浮选精矿主要金属矿物为黄铁矿和毒砂,精矿中金矿物粒度细小,绝大部分以次显微金的形式存在,金的赋存状态以包裹金为主,靠机械磨矿很难使这部分金单体解离或暴露,致使精矿金的氰化浸出率仅为15.00%左右,难以回收利用。采用细菌氧化—氰化提金工艺,在矿石细度-0.040 mm占95.00%(-0.075 mm占99.50%)、氧化矿浆温度为42 ℃、矿浆pH值在1.2~1.5之间、矿浆浓度15%、细菌氧化12~13 d的条件下,丹银、三道沟及混合精矿氧化渣氰化金浸出率分别为95.00%~95.47%、94.20%~94.62%和95.04%~95.11%,银浸出率分别为76.00%、74.21%和75.11%,指标较为理想,较好的解决了该含砷金精矿难处理的问题。

Abstract:The gold particle size of Sandaogou gold ore is fine and it is wrapped by sulfide minerals,it has a close relationship with arsenic,the gold leaching rate of arsenic-bearing gold concentratecanide is only 15%,and it is dif- ficult to recovery use.Using bacterial oxidation-cyanide gold extraction process,under the experimental conditions of ore sizes is -0.040 mm accounting 95.00%(-0.075 ram,accounting for 99.50%),temperature of 42 ℃,the slurry pH value between 1.2 and 1.5,pulp density 15%,the bacterial oxidation time is 12 to 13 days,the gold leaching rate reach 95.00% -95.47% ( Danyin ),94.20% -94.62% ( Sandaogou ) and 95.04% -95.11% ( Danyin and Sandaogou accounting 50% respectively ),and the silver leaching rate reach 76%(Danyin),74.21% (Sandaogou) and 75.11% (Danyin and Sandaogou accounting 50% respectively),respectively,the indicator is more ideal,and we better re- solve the refractory problem of arsenic-bearing gold concentrate.
