The idea of low-carbon design is reflected from many aspects in the project of North Square Project of Tianjin West Railway Station.There are specific points in the paper including using underground space fully to save ground,forming natural ventilation lighting through scattered layout,promoting public traffic by setting up public stations reasonably.Moreover,the low-carbon design is also showed from using fully and strengthening the thermal power characteristic of underground buildings,reducing the energy of ventilation lighting by setting up positions rationally and realizing the whole pollution-reducing by suitable roof greening.
