Tension Spline for the Solution of Self-adjoint Singular Perturbation Problems

A numerical method based on spline in tension is given for the self-adjoint singularly perturbed two point boundary value problems. The schemes derived in this method are second order accurate. One numerical example is given to support the predicted theory.
