中国石墨产业发展的机遇、问题与建议

在产品分类的基础上对石墨在国民经济中的地位进行了判断，对中国石墨产业在新一轮工业革命背景下的机遇和问题进行了分析。研究发现:机遇方面，中国石墨资源丰富，对全球有掌控力；石墨消费重心转移形成新的消费增长点，中国石墨产业在多领域实现突破，石墨产业蓬勃发展；问题方面，中国石墨资源开发存在过剩隐患；石墨产业处价值链中低端；石墨标准体系滞后；石墨烯产业发展缺乏统一规划，终端应用不足。建议提高行业准入标准，加强高端石墨产品研发，加快标准制定，建立三个层次的石墨烯科技创新体系。 

Analysis of China's Graphite Industry: Opportunities,Issues and Suggestions

Based on the classification of graphite products, the importance of graphite in the national economy is analyzed. The opportunities and issues of China's graphite industry are analyzed under the background of a new round of industrial revolution. The results show that China is rich in graphite resources and has the power to control resources production and export. The transfer of graphite consumption offers new opportunities of demand growth. China's graphite industry makes technical breakthrough and develops fast. However, China's graphite resources are over-developed, while the graphite industry is still in the middle and lower side of the value chain. The graphite industry standard is out of date, and the graphene industry is lack of unified planning and terminal application. Based on these analysises, it suggests that the access standard of graphite industry should be improved; the high technology research and development should be strengthened; the standard system should be built; and the innovation systems in three levels should be established.
