Control Program Design of the Contact Resistance Test System Based on Delphi

The control program design of the contact resistance test system based on Delphi was introduced. The program is a communicating & controlling program about multi serial ports based on Delphi, it can control orderly the testing system on a spot contact resistance. The control program achieves the functions: locating the probe position precisely and automatically, adjusting the normal contact force by setting control parameters, triggering the voltage meter and reading test datum automatically. The test datum would be read, processed and saved by control program. Finally, the test results were given.
