摘    要:根据消失模铸造工艺原理及飞轮壳体铸件的结构特性和工艺性,通过控制EPS泡沫的堆积密度和成型工艺操作,增设支撑筋,优化涂料配制工艺以及造型装箱工艺,改进浇注系统和浇注操作等措施预防飞轮壳体变形、夹渣、粘砂、冷隔等缺陷的产生,提高铸件产品工艺成品率和产品合格率。

Abstract:Based on the principle of EPC process and the structural characteristics and manufacturability of flywheel housing, the control of bulk density and shaping process for EPS, setting supporting rib, optimized coating process and molding process and improvement of gating system and pouring operation were taken to prevent distortion, slag inclusion, metal penetration and cold lap. The yield and percent of pass for castings was improved.
