| Abstract: | Several foundry coatings suitable for steam turbine castings and their main raw materials were presented. The properties of the foundry coatings and applying process were researched. The surface quality of steam turbine castings can be improved effectively by the coating process that uses alcoholbased coating and water-based coating together. |
