破碎机锤头耐磨材料的研制与选择

摘    要:分析了近年来国内外破碎机锤头耐磨材料的研究及应用情况,指出破碎机锤头材料普遍存在的问题:硬度和韧性偏低、耐磨性差,且容易断裂。着重介绍了大型破碎机超强高锰钢锤头、耐磨合金钢锤头、高韧性合金耐磨铸铁锤头的研制和使用效果。

Abstract:The development and application of wear resistant materials for hammer crusher in recent years is analyzed. It is pointed out that the common problems of hammer crusher materials are lower hardness and toughness, bad abrasion resistant and easy to fracture. The manufacture and using effects of superhigh manganese steel, wearresistant alloy steel and high toughness abrasionresistant alloy cast iron hammers for large crusher are emphasized.
