摘    要:分析了呋喃树脂再生砂的灼减量、微粉含量、含氮量、砂温、酸耗值对型砂工艺性能的影响。通过对砂铁比、浇注温度、粘结剂和固化剂用量加以控制,优化型砂性能,减少铸件不良品的产生。

Abstract:The effects of loss on ignition, micro-grains content, nitrogen content, sand temperature and acid demand value of no-bake furan resin reclaimed sand on sand process were analyzed. The sand properties are optimized by the control of sand metal ratio, pouring temperature, binder and hardener content, and the defective castings are reduced.
