Technical Economics Analysis of Ethyl Benzene/Styrene Separation

High vacuum low bottom temperature ethyl benzene dehydrogenation liquid separation process is a kind of separation process with lower ethyl benzene loss since ethyl benzene is heated only twice in this process.Compared with a same scale imported low vacuum high bottom temperature ethyl benzene/styrene separation process, it is indicated that this process will cause a little increase in equipment investment and operating cost, but the loss of styrene by polymerization is obviously decreased with this process, and the economic results are obvious,too.
