曲柄摇杆机构的综合优化设计

摘    要:在给定摇杆最大摆角的情况下,分析了行程速比系数和最小传动角与杆长的关系。采用多目标函数优化设计方法,分别建立了行程速比系数的隶属目标函数、最小传动角的隶属目标函数,总体尺寸的隶属目标函数,最后按行程速比系数最大、最小传动角最大、总体尺寸最小建立总目标函数对曲柄摇杆机构进行优化设计。

Abstract:Given rocker's largest swinging angle of the circumstances, the relationships of the structure size of the crank - rocker mechanism with the stoke ratio coefficient, minimum transmission angle, overall size are analyzed separately. The membership functions of stoke ratio coefficient, the membership functions of minimum transmission angle and the membership functions of overall size are established respectively by multi - objective optimum design method. At last, the objective function is established under multi - objective optimum design method with the largest stoke ratio coefficient , the largest minimum transmission angle and the smallest overall size to optimize crank -rocker mechanism.
