铜试剂对聚氯乙烯的取代反应及其表征

摘    要:用钢试剂(N,N-二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠)取代聚氯乙烯上的部分氯原子,可制备出合有多个二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸基的功能高分子。本工作研究取代反应温度、时间、反应物配比及催化剂对取代反应程度的影响,结果表明,当反应温度高于60℃,时间大于6h,聚氯乙烯与铜试剂的质量比为2/1~3/1时,在丁铜介质中取代反应是定量进行的。即恰当选择反应条件,可有效地调节或控制产物的官能度。

Abstract:The partial chloride of PVC was substituted by sodium N, N-- diethyldithio- carbmate (NaSR) so as to prepare functional PVC with diethyldithiopcarbmate groups (PVC- SR ). The effects of the temperature, time, reactant ratio and ctalyst (triethylalmine) on the substitution were studied.The substitution proceeded in basic weight when the substitution temperature was above 60℃,the time above 6 hours and the mass tatio PVC/NaSR=2-3, i. e. the functionality for PVC-SR could be controlled and adjusted effectively by selecting proper reaction conditions.
