新戊二醇聚酯多元醇的制备及应用研究

摘    要:实验以新戊二醇、甘油、苯酐及己二酸进行共缩聚制备聚氨酯漆包线漆用新戊二醇聚酯多元醇。适宜的合成条件为:n(羟基):n(羧基)=1.5:1,n(苯酐):n(己二酸)=3:1,n(甘油):n(新戊二醇)=1.5:1。缩聚条件为200℃反应7.2 h;新戊二醇聚酯多元醇与相同条件下制备的乙二醇聚酯多元醇相比具有较好的热分解稳定性和耐水解稳定性,所涂制的聚氨酯漆包线漆漆膜具有更好的附着力、绝缘性和耐热等级。

Abstract:A neopentyl glycol modified polyester polyol(NPGPOL) used for polyurethane enamel was prepared by copolycondensation of neopentyl glycol(NPG),glycerol(GLY),adipic acid(AA) and phthalic anhydride(PA).The results showed that the optimized material ratios were n(—OH):n (—COOH) =1.5 = 1,n(PA):n(AA)=3:1 and n(GLY):n(NPG) = 1.5·1.The optimal copolycondensation conditions were:reaction time 7.2 h and reaction temperature 200℃.NPGPOL showed higher pyrolysis stability and excellent hydrolysis resistance,and the enameled copper wire prepared by NPGPOL exhibited better adhesion and insulation and heat resistance than the enamel prepared by glycol polyester polyol.
