略论石油集团公司装备制造的现状与发展前景

我国已建立起一个比较完整的石油装备制造体系，国产主要石油装备的技术水平有长足提高。针对现存问题，要加大装备更新改造力度，用３年时间完成钻井装备和部分勘探开发装备的更新；要把扩大石油装备出口作为制造企业走出困境的经济增长点，实现部分生产能力向国外市场的战略转移；要以改革促发展，调整制造企业所有制结构，实施专业化重组和集团化经营。根据世界油气勘探开发的发展趋势、我国石油工业发展的需要和石油集团公司油气资源勘探开发难度日益加大的特点，今后的努力方向是依靠科技进步，发展新装备，应用新技术和建立统一、开放、有序的石油物资装备市场。

Current status and prospects of petroleum machinery manufacturing in China

An integrated petroleum machinery manufacturing system has been established in China. The technology of homemade oilfield equipment was improved to a rather high level. In the light of the existing problems, renewal and modification of equipment should be strengthened, and renewal of drilling equipment and part of exploration and development equipment should be carried out in three years; equipment export should be enlarged to realize shift of part of productivity to the overseas market; the structure of ownship of manufacturing plants should be changed, and industry based regrouping and group based management should be executed. According to the developing trend of world oil and gas exploration and development, the demands of oil industry in China and the characteristics of oil and gas exploration and development in China, new equipment should be developed, new technology should be applied and an integrated and open oil material and equipment market should be established.
