| 摘 要： | 介绍了在高层钢筋混凝土建筑中下部柱子的破坏形式，分析了改善柱子抗震性能的主要方法，提出采用高强混凝土、约束混凝土、钢管混凝土和型钢混凝土等措施来提高柱子的延性。

| Abstract: | The destroy characters of the lower reinforced concrete columns in high-rise building are introduced. In order to improve the seismic performances of them some measures are proposed to enhance their ductility which contain the use of high-strength concrete, constrain concrete, concrete-filled steel tubes and so on. |
