| 摘 要： | 为保证复杂结构井中悬挂器的坐卡、丢手和密封的可靠性,研制了2种规格的多功能液压悬挂器。该悬挂器主要由回接和顶部封隔总成、双作用丢手总成、锁紧总成、液压坐卡总成和解卡总成等组成,集坐卡锁紧、双作用丢手和顶部环空封隔于一体,可解决复杂结构井中尾管、筛管悬挂和顶部密封的难题。现场5口井的应用表明,该悬挂器坐挂成功率高,液压丢手显示明显,顶部密封能够防止漏砂及管外水窜,并可提高固井质量。
