液压起升防喷装置的研制及应用

摘    要:针对油田注水井测试过程中井内注水压力高、防喷装置井口安装难度大、钢丝铠装电缆在注水井高压水密封处产生喷漏等难题,研制了液压起升三级防喷装置。该装置主要由液压起升系统、液压防喷系统和电缆传动系统组成。装置有效解决了注水井安装防喷装置需配备吊车,费时费力的问题;采用手压泵控制三级液压密封,解决了井口防喷装置喷漏的问题。胜利油田现场应用表明,该装置提高了注水井分层测试的安全性和测试效率,能够及时准确地录取水井测试资料和根据开发要求进行分层调配,为油田开发提供了可靠的手段。
