摘    要:以在我国南海深水服役的无隔水管钻井液回收钻井系统为对象,进行吸入模块密封胶心摩擦接触有限元分析,研究过盈量对胶心与钻杆及接头间接触压力的影响,分析不同过盈量下胶心与钻杆或接头接触时的胶心Mises应力峰值和摩擦力分布规律,以期为密封胶心优化设计和延寿提供技术参考。建模时胶心材料模型采用近似不可压缩弹性材料的两参数Mooney-Rivlin模型函数,采用罚函数法求解钻杆及接头和胶心的接触问题,摩擦模型选用库伦摩擦模型。结果表明,接触压力随过盈量的增大而增大,呈非线性关系;胶心Mises应力随过盈量的增大而变大,而且胶心与接头上端接触时Mises应力峰值最大,增大也较快。
