铝管与钢管板胀接连接的弹塑性分析与试验

摘    要:通过铝管内衬一薄壁钢套管再与钢管板胀接来解决铝管与钢管板的连接这一难题 ,运用弹塑性理论对这种胀接结构进行理论分析并进行了拉脱强度试验。结果表明 ,这种胀接接头有非常好的拉脱强度 ,能够满足制造业的需要。

Abstract:The joint difficulty of aluminium tubes and steel tube-sheets was solved by using thin-wall steel casings in aluminium tubes, and expanding and connecting the thin-wall steel casings to steel tube-sheets, a theoretical analysis and pulling out strength test were conducted by using elastic-plastic theory for the expanding structure. The result shows that the pulling out strength of the expanded joints was excellent and could satisfy the demands of manufacturing businesses.
