| 摘 要： | 工程项目实施过程中,项目复杂程度的确定对管理方法和管理模式的选择具有指导意义。讨论了工程项目的复杂性来源,分析了工程项目复杂性判定的方法,探讨了项目规模与复杂性程度的关系。进一步探讨了工程项目的复杂适应特性,这有助于运用复杂适应系统的建模方法和思维模式对工程项目系统进行管理。
