| 摘 要： | 研究优化了Φ380mm Q345D圆管坯生产的温度制度、连铸二冷工艺,采用优化后的工艺所试制的产品具有表面质量优良,疏松、偏析级别低,中心等轴晶高达50%以上的特点,完全满足标准及用户直接轧制生产大口径无缝钢管的使用要求。

| Abstract: | We have researched and optimized the temperature system and the secondary cooling process of the continuous casting on 0380mm Q345D CC round bloom for tube - making. The technics has the following feature such as the good surface quality, the lower porosity and segregation level, the central equal - axled crystal rate exceed 50%. Fully meet the requirement of standard and rolling the big size seamless steel pipe directly. |
