ZS6B型钻井液直线振动筛及其应用实践

在ZS6A型直线振动筛基础上改进而成的ZS6B型直线振动筛 ,更适合我国钻井工艺的实际情况 ,能够满足连续钻进的工艺要求。这种新型振动筛采用较大功率、较大激振力的振动电动机提高工作参数 ,并改变了电动机的安装型式 ,提高了电动机的使用寿命 ,使得振动筛处理量更大 ,筛分效果更好 ,排砂更为流畅 ,振动平稳 ,隔振效果好 ,噪音小。其下部板式叠层粘接筛网的安装角度布置合理 ,更有利于提高排砂效果。对板式叠层粘接筛网中六方孔形筛板以及筛网、筛板、筛框的粘接工艺也进行了重大改进 ,使得振动筛的寿命更长

Improved design of Model ZS6B Drilling Fluid Linear Shale Shaker

Model ZS6B linear shale shaker is developed on the basis of Model ZS6A linear shale shaker. It is more suitable for use in continuous drilling operation in the oilfields in China. The operating parameters of the new shale shaker are improved by means of the vibration motors with greater power and higher excitation force, the lifetime of the motor has been prolonged through changing the installation. The resonable installation angle of the hole-plate bonding screen is beneficial to the improvement of the effect of solide discharge. The hexagon-hole sieve plate and the bonding between the screen cloth and sieve plate and sieve frame are also modified to extend the service life of the shale shaker.
