摘    要:聚苯乙烯微球(PS)掩模板技术具有操作简单、成本低廉、制备面积大、可精确控制周期结构参数等优点,广泛应用于光子晶体、超材料、超表面等纳米量级二维阵列的结构器件。采用了一项新兴的技术利用聚苯乙烯微球制备硅纳米线结构。主要研究了基于自组装技术在不同实验参数的情况下,对聚苯乙烯微球掩模板规整度的影响。结果表明,采用铺展剂水与乙醇1∶2的配比、表面活性剂4wt%的浓度、静置平衡2分钟后再提拉、用塑料滴管滴加纳米球悬浊液可以制备出大面积规整排列的单层聚苯乙烯微球掩模板,进而得到了规整的硅纳米线结构。

Abstract:Polystyrene microspheres mask technology has many advantages,such as simple operation,low cost,prepara-tion of large area and precise control of periodic structure parameters,etc.,and can be used as power supply in na-no-scale two-dimensional array of structural devices such as photonic crystals,metamaterials,super surfaces. A new technique is proposed to prepare silicon nanowires by using polystyrene microspheres.The paper mainly research the in-fluence of self-assembly technique on the regularity of polystyrene microspheres under different experimental parameters. The results showed that the spreading agent of water and ethanol 1:2 ratio,surfactant concentration,4 wt% static balance 2 minutes after pulling,plus nanospheres with plastic dropper suspension can prepare a large area of well ar-ranged single layer polystyrene microspheres mask plate,and then get the clear and neat silicon nanowires structure.
