摘    要:高功率激光器是一个发展趋势,而单独芯片半导体激光器很难实现大功率输出。基于合束技术中的波长合束原理,应用ZEMAX软件设计出大功率光纤耦合模块。多波长合束技术能够有效提高激光功率,同时不影响光束质量。应用24支输出功率12W,波长分别为915nm、940nm、976nm的半导体激光器,耦合进芯径100μm/0.22的光纤中。输出功率达到284.5W,耦合效率达到98.7%,亮度达到115.3MW/cm~2-str。通过Solid Works软件和ANSYS软件优化分析耦合模块热沉结构,得到有效散热的新热沉模型,优化后模块最高结温下降1℃左右。

Abstract:High power laser was a developing trend,but the single-emitter laser diodes was difficult to achieve high power output. Based on the principle of wavelength multiplexing,in this paper,the fiber coupled diode laser module was designed by ZEMAX. The laser power without affecting the beam quality can be effectively improved by multi-wavelength bundle technology. The 24 output power 12W and the wavelength of 915nm,940nm and 976nm semiconductor lasers were coupled into the fiber of 100μm/0.22 of the core diameter. The output power reached 284.5 W,and the coupling efficiency reached 98.7%,and the brightness reached 115.3MW/cm2-str. At the same time, through the software of SolidWorks and ANSYS to optimize the heat sink structure of coupled modules,the new ther-mal sink model of effective heat dissipation was obtained and the maximum temperature of the new model was de-creased by more than 1℃.
