蓝光LD泵浦Pr~(3+):YLF窄线宽脉冲激光器研究

摘    要:Pr~(3+)离子固体激光器因具有丰富的可见光波段的辐射而备受科研工作者的关注。结合Pr~(3+):YLF激光器特性对法布里-珀罗(F-P)标准具进行了线宽压缩的理论分析,通过在谐振腔内插入厚度为0.5mm的F-P标准具对激光器进行压缩线宽,最终获得中心波长为639.63nm的Pr~(3+):YLF窄线宽脉冲激光器。在重复频率10KHz下实现了激光器线宽40.8pm,单脉冲能量3.23μJ,脉冲宽度145ns的脉冲激光输出。

Abstract:The Pr3+-ion based solid state lasers have the advantage of rich visible light band,and receive great atten-tion of researchers. Considering the characteristics of Pr3+:YLF laser,we performed a theoretical analysis of linewidth compression of Fabry-Perot(F-P)etalons. The laser linewidth was compressed by inserting a F-P etalon with a thickness of 0.5mm into the cavity,and finally a Pr3+:YLF narrow-linewidth pulsed laser with a center wavelength of 639.63 nm was obtained. Under the condition of 10KHz repetition rate,the laser output with the linewidth of 40.8pm, the pulse width of 145ns and single pulse energy of 3.23μJ is obtained.
