基于模糊PID控制的靶板横摇调节系统研究

摘    要:针对移动靶车在野外行驶过程中受路面激励的影响,容易发生靶板横摇的问题,设计了基于模糊控制和PID控制相结合算法的靶板横摇调节系统。将模糊控制和传统PID相结合,得到基于模糊PID控制算法,并通过此算法对靶板横摇倾角进行实时调整。运用MATLAB/Simulink模块分别对基于模糊PID算法的调节系统和基于传统PID算法的调节系统进行模拟仿真。仿真结果对比表明,采用模糊PID的调节系统的响应时间比采用经典PID控制的调节系统提高33.3%,在脉冲信号和锯齿波信号非线性干扰存在的条件下,系统输出的波动量分别减小21.4%和26%。仿真结果证明了该横摇调节系统的可行性。该调节系统为同类靶车靶板横摇控制设计提供了借鉴。

Abstract:In view of the influence of the road driving in the field of the moving target,and the problem of the rolling of the target plate is easy to occur. The target plate rolling adjustment system based on the combination of fuzzy con-trol and PID control algorithm is designed. Combining the fuzzy control with the traditional PID,the fuzzy PID control algorithm is obtained,and the real time adjustment of the roll angle of the target plate is carried out by this algorithm. The MATLAB/Simulink module is used to simulate the control system based on fuzzy PID algorithm and the regula-tion system based on the traditional PID algorithm. The simulation results show that the response time of the control system using fuzzy PID is 33.3% higher than that of the classical PID control system,and the fluctuation of the output of the system is reduced by 21.4% and 26%,respectively,under the condition of the nonlinear interference of the pulse signal and the saw tooth wave signal. The simulation results show the feasibility of the roll adjustment system. The control system provides a reference for the control design of the same kind of target plate.
