高清内窥镜适配器光学系统设计

内窥镜适配器是内窥镜目镜与CCD成像系统之间的转接系统,主要应用在现代医用微创手术中。针对高清内窥镜适配器,使用ZEMAX软件优化设计其光学系统。参数要求为:入瞳直径为4mm,全视场角为15°,焦距为53mm。该内窥镜适配器结构为8组10片式,使用1英寸CCD传感器,像元尺寸为5.5μm。系统优化后,调制传递函数(MTF)在90lp/mm达到0.15,畸变小于0.2%,系统总长为73.7mm。说明该设计结果满足系统要求。实现了系统焦距较长,总长较短的光学特性。能够使内窥镜目镜与CCD之间完成较好的转接。

Optical System Design of High-Definition Endoscope Adapter

The endoscope adapter is a transiting system between the endoscope eyepiece and the CCD imaging system. Aiming at the high-definition endoscope adapter,the optical system is optimized by using ZEMAX software. The pa-rameters and requirements are that the pupil diameter is 4mm;the full field angle is 15 degrees;the calculating focal length is up to 53mm.After the optimization design,the modulation transfer function(MTF)reaches 0.15 at 90lp/mm and the total length of the system is 73.7mm. There are 8 groups of 10 plates and a 1 inch CCD sensor is used in the structure. The characteristics of the structure are analyzed and evaluated;and various aberration curves and MTF curves are given. The design results show that the requirements are met. A better transiting between the endoscope eyepiece and the CCD can be achieved.
