高温炉探测装置光学系统设计

摘    要:为了获取高温炉窑内的燃烧信息,设计一个探测装置的主部分光学系统。该系统分为两部分,分别是前组系统和中继系统。整个系统的设计要求为:视场角为60°,相对孔径为1/1.2,成像波段为4μm~6μm,MTF0.5@20lp/mm,畸变小于3%,系统的总长大于700mm。另外还要求前组镜头可以在300℃的环境下正常工作。经过选择初始结构、优化、热分析等过程完成了整个系统的设计工作。在前组系统与中继系统组合成一个整体,整体系统的MTF值在20线对处各个视场均大于0.6,系统的艾里斑直径为5.884μm,每个视场的点列图大部分都在艾里斑之内,且系统的畸变小于3%;整体设计考虑了工作环境温度及提取视频数据的需要,像质也达到非常良好的效果。

Abstract:A set of lenses has been designed to monitor the combustion situation in the high-temperature furnace as the main part of the device.This set of lenses is composed of front-group lens and the relay system.The design requirement are as follows:the angle of field is 60°,the relative aperture is 1/1.2,the imaging observation range is from 4μm to 6μm,the MTF>0.5@20lp/mm,the distortion has to be less than 3%,and the length of the whole system has to be more than 700mm.The front-group lenses should work regularly at 300℃.The whole system has been completed after choosing the initial structure,optimization and the thermal analysis.The MTF of the whole system is more than 0.6at 20lp/mm,the The diameter of the Airy spot is 5.884μm which is bigger than the RMS of every single field,the dis-tortion is less than 3% and the length of the whole system is more than 700mm. All the design requirements have been achieved.
