| Abstract: | When a liquid is in the same kind of medium,there is no force acting on it ex- oept its weight.There exists a certain form of a curved surface.this is the result of the equilibrium of the expansion force of the surface and its weight.The equation of the curved surface and its solution are discussed in this papr. |
