舱面集装箱堆两端绑扎杆受力计算的数学模型

摘    要:运用矩阵理论和力学基本原理,通过大量的公式推导、分析和归纳,建立了适合集装箱船舱面集装箱堆两端各种常见系周模式下绑扎杆受力计算的通用数学模型.经验证发现,该数学模型所包含的超过30种系同模式中的3种绑扎杆受力计算公式与英国劳氏船级社船舶入级规范中仅给出的3种对应系固模式计算公式是一致的.这一研究结果解决了适合于舱面设有绑扎桥的大型和超大型集装箱船对舱面集装箱堆在各种常见系固模式下系同有效性的校核问题,并为实现集装箱船系固方案的计算机自动编制提供了理论基础.

Abstract:After a great amount of formula derivation,analysis,and generalization based on matrix theory and basic mechanics,a general mathematic model is demonstrated whereby the tensional forces of lashing bars at both ends of a container stack on a container ship's deck can be calculated for most common securing arrangements.It is then shown that the results of the computational formulae for tensional forces of three kinds of lashing bars in over thirty securing modes are in reasonable agreement with those offered in Rules and Regulations for the Classification of Ships specified by Lloyd's Register.This research provides a useful means to assess the efficiency of various common modes of securing containers on large or super large containerships with lashing bridges on deck.It also lays a theoretical foundation for automatic programming of appropriate securing arrangements for container ships.
