电石渣制水泥熟料烧结性能的研究

摘    要:电石渣制水泥熟料技术近几年得到了一定的发展,但是对电石渣制水泥烧结性能研究还较少。通过X射线、扫描电镜分析其微观结构发现,利用电石渣配制的生料烧结后晶体呈长哑铃形,而利用石灰石配制的生料烧结后其晶体呈六角形。利用电石渣配制的生料的易烧性不及使用石灰石配制的生料,但利用电石渣生产的熟料可以获得较高的强度。

Study on sintering property of clinker using carbide slag as raw material

Abstract:In recent years,certain technical development about clinker manufacture using carbide slag as raw material has been obtained,but research works to sintering ability of carbide slag are still less reported. Analyzing the microstructure by means of XRD and SEM shows that the sintered crystal using carbide slag as raw material represented dumbbell shape,while sintered crystal using limestone represented sexangle shape. The burnability of raw meal using carbide slag as raw material is not as good as that of limestone,but the clinker strength sintered from carbide slag will be higher.
