自然中的城市商业区——科隆媒体公园

近年来，我国许多城市都在兴建城市中心商业区，但这些新兴的商业区大多是经济繁荣，环境恶劣。而科隆媒体公园却能实现这两方面的完美统一。设计师运用简单、实用的设计理念使得位于科隆市中心边缘的货运火车站演变为如今这个备受关注的新型商业区。其中许多思想是值得我们在城市更新过程中去借鉴与学习的。

Central Business District in the Nature: Koeln Media Park

In recent years, Central Business Districts （CBD） have been constructed in many cities of China. However, most CBDs are prosperous economically but unbearable environmentally. Koeln Media Park is an exception with the harmony in the two sides. The planners have transformed the railway station, located at the edge of the city, into a welt-known new CBD with the simple and practical design ideas. Many of these ideas are worth referring to and learning in the process of city development.
