摘    要:应用新研制开发的加压生物氧化设备处理吉化江城染料厂乙基胺及异丙胺生产的工艺废水.进水COD为1000~3000mg/L,设备容积负荷Fv为4~23kgCOD/m3·d,经过2~6h的加压生物处理,COD去除率为85%~95%,出水COD小于150mg/L,达到国家规定的排放标准

MID-EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON COMPRESSED BIOLOGICAL OXIDATION METHOD FOR TREATMENT OF ETHYLAMINE WASTEWATER
Abstract:The compressed biological oxidation equipment developed recently is used to treat the waste in the production process of ethylamine and isopropylamine in Jiangcheng Dye Plant of JCIC.The concentration of COD in the influent is 1000~3000 mg/L and the volume load of the equipment is 4~23 KgCOD/m3·d. Throngh the compressed biological treatment for about 2~6 hours,the remove rate is 85%~95% and the concentration of COD in the effluent is less than 150 mg/L which reaches the national drainage standards.
