摘    要:运用CFD软件对急冷换热器内管中的裂解气流体分配情况进行了模拟,得出了3种流道下的流体分配情况。模拟结果表明,通过增加流体分配器或者改变部分内管结构都可有效地改善内管中的流体分配情况。

Abstract:The flow distribution of the cracking gas in the pipes of quenching heat exchangers was simulated using CFD software, the flow distribution in three flow passages was obtained. The simulation shows that the flow distribution in the internal pipes can be efficiently improved by increasing flow distributors or changing the profiles of part of the internal pipes.
