土压平衡式盾构机土舱压力控制仿真分析

摘    要:阐述了土压平衡式盾构机电液控制系统工作原理。在AMESim仿真环境中搭建了系统的仿真模型,仿真分析了推进系统的推进速度、螺旋输送机转速以及密封土舱内土压力的相关关系。仿真结果表明,通过实时控制推进系统的推进速度和螺旋输送机的转速,可使密封土舱内的土压力达到稳定,从而保证施工质量,有效维持地表的稳定性。

Abstract:The working principle of electro-hydraulic control system for EPB shield tunnelling machine was expounded.The system model was established in the AMESim environment,and the relationships among the speed of pushing system,rotational speed of screw conveyor and the earth pressure of the closing chamber were also simulated.The simulation results show that the earth pressure can be controlled by controlling the speed of pushing system and the rotational speed of screw conveyor,which can control the ground settlement and guarantee the tunnelling quality.
