基于绝对位移的核反应堆压力容器振动探测技术研究

摘    要:本文依据国际电工委员会IEC61502振动监测标准和核电站需求,开展了核反应堆压力容器振动探测技术研究和监测系统开发,获得了基于绝对位移传感器的压力容器振动探测技术;研究了通过对绝对位移传感器信号进行相干和相位分析获得压力容器固有振动的方法;基于上述研究基础,利用某核电2号机组一个燃料周期的压力容器振动数据,对实测的振动数据进行分析,获得了压力容器振动幅度、固有振动频率和振型,结果表明压力容器振动平稳,未出现异常。

Research on Vibration Detection of Nuclear Reactor Pressure Vessel Based on Absolute Displacement
Abstract:According to vibration monitoring standards IEC61502 and the requirements of nuclear power plant, the vibration detection and analysis technology of nuclear reactor pressure vessel is studied in this paper. The vibration detection method of pressure vessel based on absolute displacement sensor is obtained and the method of analyzing vibration state of pressure vessel with absolute displacement signal is studied. Based on above research and the pressure vessel vibration data of the nuclear power unit 2 in one fuel cycle, the measured vibration data are analyzed, and the vibration amplitude, natural vibration frequency and mode of pressure vessel are obtained. The results show that the vibration of pressure vessel is stable without any abnormality.
