| 摘 要： | 针对中波探测器被中波高重频激光干扰时出现的非线性问题,设计了中波高重频激光器干扰制冷型中波HgCdTe焦平面探测器的干扰试验,分析了干扰出现的非线性响应输出现象,并得到了中波HgCdTe焦平面探测器干扰出现非线性响应时的阈值。

| Abstract: | In this paper,an interference test of a medium wave high repetition frequency laser interfering with a cooled medium wave HgCdTe focal plane detector is designed,the nonlinear response output phenomenon of the interference is analyzed,and a threshold value for the nonlinear response of the medium wave HgCdTe focal plane detector when the interference occurs is obtained. |
