摘    要:通钢依托薄板坯连铸连轧生产线(FTSR)的工艺特点,充分利用控轧控冷技术优势,改善结构热轧钢板的组织和性能。本项目通过攻关,将钢中的锰含量由1.10%降低至0.45%,大幅度地降低了合金消耗;并通过钛微合金化工艺,解决了钢板带状组织严重的问题;采用新工艺生产的结构热轧钢板低温冲击性能良好。该项目在低成本条件下达到了提高品质的目标,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:The structrue and property of product was improved by taking full advantage of TMCP technology based on thin slab continuous casting and rolling process in Tonghua Iron & Steel Co,.Ltd. In this project, the consumption of alloy was reduced significantly, due to the manganese content decreased from 1.10% to 0.45%. And the problem of serious banded structure in steel plate produced by original process was solved through the titanium microalloying technology. Hot rolled steel plate produced by this process had excellent low temperature impact property. The project improves quality at low cost, and has a widely application prospect.
