| Abstract: | The following article discusses expressway cost control strategy frown the angle of full service life period, and puts forward several strategies as combining technique and economy in the stage of design, scientific management in the stage of construction, institutional innovation in the stage of maintenance and management, and evaluation after introduction of the project, which has important realistic meaning for rational management of expressway cost. |
