高效液相色谱法测定葡萄酒中合成色素不确定度分析

本文采用高效液相色谱法测定葡萄酒中合成色素含量,通过对测试方法流程进行分析,确定不确定度来源,建立结果数学模型,并计算测定过程中不确定分量、合成不确定度及扩展不确定度。通过分析发现,样品分析过程中回收率产生的不确定度对测量不确定度影响最大,标准溶液配制和稀释过程影响为其次,样品质量称量分量影响最小。

Uncertainty Analysis of Determination of Synthetic Pigments in Wine by HPLC

This paper adopts high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） method for determining the content of synthetic pigments,through the analysis of the test process, determine the sources of uncertainty,the result of mathematic model,and calculate the measurement uncertainty component,synthesis of the process of uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty.Through the analysis found that the samples are in the process of recovery is the biggest influence on the uncertainty of measurement uncertainty,the standard solution preparation and dilution process influence for second,minimum sample weighing component quality.
