摘    要:为了满足生产企业对已包装好的袋装或罐装食品进行快速无损检测技术的需求,介绍了磁学金属检测方法、X—ray检测技术、可见光检测技术、近红外检测技术、磁共振成像技术和超声成像技术等目前常用的一些食品异物检测技术,并对各种技术的优点、缺点、应用范围、现状及发展趋势进行了详细的综述。

Abstract:Manufacture enterprises cry for a quickly and non - destructively detective technology to check the packaged or canned food. The most frequently used detecting technology of foreign body in food, such as magnetic - metal detection, X -ray detection, visible detection, near infrared detection, magnetic resonance imaging and ultrasonic imaging technology are introduced. Meanwhile, their advantages and disadvantages, application range, current situation and developing trend are discussed in detail as well.
