柴油机高压共轨电控单元的开发

摘    要:根据柴油机高压共轨系统的控制要求,开发基于Motorola MPC55532位芯片的电控单元。采用模块化的设计方法开发电控单元硬件,包括电磁阀的驱动电路和电源电路;利用MPC555的TPU3模块功能实现输入和喷射控制,编制控制软件;采用PID模糊控制算法,实现了共轨压力的控制。台架试验结果表明:电控单元(ECU)能满足柴油机高压共轨系统的要求。

Abstract:Based on the control demand of high pressure common rail system in diesel engine,electric control unit(ECU) based on Motorola MPC555 32 bits series chip is developed.Using the design method of modularization,an ECU's hardware is developed,including driving circuit for solenoid and power supply circuit.By means of the MPC555's TPU3 module,input and injection control are performed and a control software is programmed with C language.The common rail system's pressure is controlled with a PID fuzzy algorithm.After bench test,it's shown that ECU can meet the control demand of high pressure common rail system in diesel engine.
