电致发光材料9,10-二(6-叔丁基-2-萘基)蒽的合成和纯度分析

摘    要:9,10-二(6-叔丁基-2-萘基)蒽是一种性能优良的小分子电致发光材料,具有熔点高,热稳定性好,发光效率高的特点.采用格氏反应VA蒽醌和6-溴-2-叔丁基萘为起始原料,合成了该化合物,并通过荧光分光光度法对产品纯度进行了定量分析.批量制备中,仅以重结晶方法进行处理,产品纯度可达到96%以上.

Abstract:9,10-bis(6-t-butyl-2-naphthyl) anthracene is an organic molecular electroluminescent material with high melt pomt, excellent thermostability and high luminescent efficiency. The compound is sythesized by Grinard Reaction with 6-bromo-2-t-butyl naphthalene and anthraquinone as initiated materials. The quantitative analysis of this compound is made by fluoroscopic method. The purity can be at least 96% only by recrystallization process in scale sythesis.
